On one of Anguilla’s greatest beaches sits one of its greatest homes: BeachCourt Villa at Shoal Bay East, a 10,000 square foot luxury villa with swimming pool and tennis court on sloped land that goes directly to the western end of Shoal Bay. It is one of the very few houses on all of Shoal Bay whose property brings you right to the sand.
Built on a hill, the house sits about 40 feet above the water, maximizing views and breezes. Yet—as you sit on its spacious decks—you are a short walk from the magnificence of Shoal Bay, its blues and greens, great for walking or snorkeling (enter the sea right in front of the house for some of the finest snorkeling you will ever experience).
Go through the lush gardens, past the tennis court, to the water; turn right, and over 1½ miles of beach lay before you. Swimming, snorkeling, and leisurely walks are all right outside the gate that insures your privacy (and keeps out the goats).
Visit BeachCourt Villa through this site. After that, you will visit it in person. Your greatest vacation has just begun.
Deposit and Payment
A non-refundable 50% deposit of the total rate plus service and taxes is required to confirm your reservation. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Wire transfer, Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
Holiday Season reservations payments are due in full in order to confirm (and are non-refundable).
If reservations are made within 60 days of arrival date, the full rental amount is required to confirm your reservation.
Cancellations must be made in writing directly to the Management Company. The following cancellation fees will be applied:
More than 60 days prior to arrival: 50% of the gross rental
Less than 60 days prior to arrival: 100% of gross rental
Damage to Accommodations or Property:
Should the Guest cause any damage to the premises (structure), furniture, fixtures and household items, (aside from normal wear and tear) the Guest agrees to reimburse the Management Company of BeachCourt Villa before leaving at a fair and reasonable price determined by the Management Company Owners.
Any missing household items (i.e. beach towels, room decorations, keys etc.) will also be the responsibility of the rental guest and will be billed upon departure.
